This free program is sponsored by the Montana Outdoor Science School and the Library Foundation. Missoula Author Mark Matthews, author of Smoke Jumping on the Western Fire Line: Conscientious Objectors During World War II, will discuss his book Wednesday, May 14 at 7 p.m. He is also the author of A Great Day to Fight Fire: Mann Gulch, 1949. Learn more about the history of smoke jumping in Montana at this free program. Great Decisions The foreign policy discussion group will meet Thursday, May 15 at 7 p.m. in the Library conference room to discuss "Defense & Security." See the introductory video to learn more.
