We are beginning a phased re-opening plan for the Library! Starting Friday, May 15th, we are starting to take returns. Returns will only be accepted on Fridays until further notice: see instructions. On Monday, May 18th we begin curbside pickups for holds. Please see instructions for how this process works. The Library will remain closed during this phase. We are following guidelines from the state, the County Health Department and the City of Bozeman for re-opening slowly and we look forward to seeing you sometime soon in the future.

Wonderlust Friday Forum: Shakespeare in the Park

Friday, May 10 from 12:00 -1:30 PM

Founded in 1973, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is one of the oldest and best regarded Shakespeare companies in the United States, giving over two hundred performances a year in schools and communities in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.

Artistic Director Kevin Asselin and Susan Miller, Director of Outreach and Marketing, will give an overview of Shakespeare in the Parks—its upcoming season, how plays are selected, how actors are chosen, how Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is introducing Shakespeare to school kids all over our state—and why, 400 years after his death, Shakespeare’s works are “not of an age, but for all time.”

Free. No registration required. We hope you will join us!

Friday Forum is a montly speaker series sponsored by MSU Wonderlust, a nonprofit organization affiliated with Montana State University's Extended University and hosted by the Bozeman Public Library. It is free and is open to the public. Brown bag lunches are encouraged. Coffee and tea are provided.

2nd Friday of the Month, September–May
