Wednesdays at 12:15 PM, Tasha Oord will teach a High Intensity Interval Training class outside!
HIIT into Stride is a functional fitness class designed to condition your hiking and running performance! A series of functional strength exercises will be combined with optional, more advanced power moves. Please bring your own towel and workout mat.
About Tasha: I love to be on top of mountains, but I can only get there when I’m strong! That’s why I became a certified personal trainer with a variety of group exercise certifications and experiences with a focus on bootcamp and suspension trainer workouts. My goal is to help people maximize their strength and even do things they thought were impossible.
Approximate Class Break-down:
5 minute warm-up
15 minutes of lower-body functional fitness
15 minutes of core functional fitness (with bonus
10 minutes of bonus burners and upper-body strength
5 minute cool-down
