We are beginning a phased re-opening plan for the Library! Starting Friday, May 15th, we are starting to take returns. Returns will only be accepted on Fridays until further notice: see instructions. On Monday, May 18th we begin curbside pickups for holds. Please see instructions for how this process works. The Library will remain closed during this phase. We are following guidelines from the state, the County Health Department and the City of Bozeman for re-opening slowly and we look forward to seeing you sometime soon in the future.

One Book One Bozeman is a community focused event wherein one book is selected as the local read. By supporting this selection with author talks, discussion panels and other programming, OBOB promotes literacy and community engagement through the shared experience of reading.

With support from Humanities Montana, One Book One Bozeman began in 2003 as a state-wide reading program called One Book Montana. Over the years as communities continued to participate in One Book Montana, many towns were inspired to create their own localized versions of the program. In 2008 Bozeman held its first community read independently of Humanities Montana and began the program that is now know as One Book One Bozeman.
