This 4-week online series will be led by local yoga and meditation instructor Turi Hetherington. Recordings will be posted weekly on Mondays on the BPL YouTube Channel. Listen at your leisure throughout the week as you flex those meditation muscles. Each session will focus on a specific component of the practice to welcome, witness, experience, observe, and reflect on sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and your innate wholeness, without judgement or needing to fix or change anything.
