Weekly Programs
Family Kitchen Lab
- Saturdays, 2-3 PM in the The Kitchen Table
- Hands-on and taste buds-on explorations of kitchen skills, seasonal flavors, and food science for elementary schoolers and their caregivers.
LEGO Club
- Thursdays, 3:30-5 PM in the Community Room
- Take inspiration from the weekly challenge or free build, work solo or collaborate - it's in your hands, LEGO Architect!
Read With a Dog
- Wednesdays, 4-5 PM in the Children's Room
- Kids read with an Intermountain Therapy Dog for 10 minutes. All abilities welcome. First come, first served.
Tween Art Studio
- Tuesdays, 3:45-5 PM in the Community Room
- For kids ages 8-11, caregivers not required to accompany their kids. Tweens unite! Playfully explore art materials and techniques together.
Special Programs
Big Kid STEAM Play
- During all library open hours in the Children's Room. For kids ages 5 - 11.
- These special rotating programs offer elementary schoolers the opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics through play. May include tools and materials not suited for younger children.
Tinker with TinkerCAD
- Offered quarterly. For kids 8 -11 to attend with caregiver.
- Kids and their caregivers can work together to learn about 3D printing and use TinkerCAD to create a personalized 3D design.
