Creative Labs
Teens ages 12 and up can now get certified in our Creative Labs for 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, Audio Recording, and more! Registration is required for in-person training classes. Creative Labs waivers:
Monthly Teen Corner Exploration
Explore something fabulous all month long. Available during all Library open hours in the Teen Corner (southeast corner of the Library on the first floor).
Teen Kitchen Lab
Embark on culinary adventures! First Thursdays of the month at 4 PM in the Kitchen Table. Registration and a guardian-signed Kitchen Table waiver required.
Teen Maker Lab
Discover new artistic and scientific techniques, tools, and materials on the third Thursday of the month at 4 PM in the Work Bench.
Teen Sewing Workshop
Learn to wield needles and thread with sewist Peg Ziegler. All materials and tools provided.
Ultimate Book Nerd
Read 50 books from 50 chosen categories in 2026 to claim the title of Ultimate Book Nerd. This title comes with bragging rights and swag to let the world know you are a card-carrying book nerd!
Weird Careers
Get curious and chat with adult community members about their unique jobs and careers. Snacks provided!
