If you have a household income of less than $64,000, you can use the IRS Free File website to file your taxes.
The Montana Department of Revenue offers free electronic filing options for taxpayers, including the Montana Form 2EZ (short form) and Form 2 (long form), as well as Form 2EC (elderly homeowner/renter credit).
If you made $66,000 or less during 2017, you can file your federal and state taxes online for free with MyFreeTaxes. You can also find useful tax-related tools and information.
