Need to get some community service hours?  Or just want to help out?  Volunteers, ages 14-18, are welcome at the Library!  Teen volunteers perform a variety of duties, but most importantly they organize and re-shelf returned books and help with children's activities. You will need to fill out a volunteer application (online or printed version) and meet with the Teen Librarian, Kate, to answer a few questions and arrange training. For minors, a guardian’s signature is required. Call (406) 582-2414 for more information.

Currently, we are not seeking volunteers for Spring 2020, but please check back for volunteering opportunities in Summer 2020.

*Note: short-term/temporary volunteering is limited to a maximum of 12 hours*

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)

Teens are encouraged to participate in periodic meetings of the TAG. Can't make it on a regular basis? Let us know you're interested and we'll keep you in mind for short term work projects that benefit the Library, such as the helping with the book sale or spring clean-up.
